We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hrs, however during busy periods this may take up to 48 hrs.

For those looking to get their order fast, We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12 pm. Monday to Friday.  with Royal mail next day delivery guaranteed by 1 pm  £8.99

During busy periods it may take longer to process your order, and please note that UK delivery may be affected over bank holidays.

At present, deliveries are taking longer to arrive, so if your Smart Ass Beauty parcel has not arrived after this please get in touch with our customer service team.

Postage costs for mainland UK delivery:-
Tracked 24 via Royal Mail £4.99

*Important note – Tracked 24* does not guarantee next-day delivery – this is the name of the service. Our experience is that the TRACKED 24 parcels flow through the postal network more quickly on average. Often arriving the next day.  ( this is from the royal mail website ) 

Tracked 48 via royal mail  £3.50

How long does Royal Mail tracked 48 take to deliver?  Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of two days for over 94% of our postcodes. As a Royal Mail Tracked customer, you also have access to the Tracked Reporting tool via your OBA account, which provides you with a range of enhanced reports.

FREE for orders over £100 – Tracked

Royal Mail next-day delivery by 1 pm £8.99  ( orders placed by 1 pm from Monday to Friday )

Postage costs for non-mainland UK delivery (includes Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man):-
£7.95 for orders under £100 – Tracked (1-2 Days)

Order issues and refunds

We offer all customers a no-quibble 14-day return, for any unused items if you are not happy with your order for any reason.  This is valid from the date you receive your delivery

However,  we can not exchange used items due to hygiene and contamination, if your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know immediately if we are able to help with your request. Please contact us through our contact form and let us know your order number and the reason. We will send you out a returns form to send back with your order.

Please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs, we also suggest you use a method of return that provides tracking information.
